i love adele, but this really is true.
To be fair, Adele is heavier set, and I’m sure that fact is brought up, and Gaga doesn’t need to defend her weight the way Adele would. It’s our society’s fault. Of course Gaga doesn’t talk about her weight, because she isn’t seen as overweight. How fucking weird would that be if Gaga were like, “My weight doesn’t define my music, I like to eat, I’m larger, but I don’t plan to exercise.”? Also I don’t think Adele has anything against women who are skinnier, she just is saying she is comfortable in her size, and good for her. Do you want her to just shut up and sing? Idk.
You get discriminated if you’re underweight, or if you’re over. Being that Gag is always talked about if she does coke or something to be that skinny, and adele is just talked about going to mcdonalds too much.
